Filip has been active in commercial real estate since 2017. He worked in the Capital Markets teams at CBRE and JLL, focusing on acquisitions and disposals of commercial assets in the Czech Republic. At JK Advisory he led commercial real estate sales, represented clients on the buy-side and prepared financial models and due diligence reports. Filip holds a degree in Finance from the London School of Economics.
Kateřina brings 9 years of experience in investment advisory and commercial real estate leasing. Her key clients include Form Factory, DRFG, CPI and Trigema. Between 2024 and 2026 she led the opening of fifteen new Form Factory clubs. Kateřina holds an MBA from the Prague University of Economics with a focus on investment and commercial real estate development. She has previously worked at 108 Agency, Cushman & Wakefield and Investika.
